Before
Current project: estate restore. This mid-Atlantic home, the sale of which would be the family’s inheritance, was left in horrible condition, with years of neglect and major hording issues. This stage is the basement. We worked with George Pineda, who helped with clearing out debris and replacing water-damaged paneling and floor. Before pics are graphic so view with caution!
Almost done!
Everything but the flooring is complete. (video coming soon) Beautiful cream and white drywall, all areas cleaned and ready for new flooring!
We are so impressed with the work by George Pineda, A.I.S. and team. They worked with the family and Rose Canyon Designs, LLC throughout the process. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Can’t wait to see the upstairs!
